We’re hiring an Agent Product Manager to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents that deliver real-world impact.

About The Role:

As an Agent Product Manager at Notch, you will work directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents tailored to their brand and workflows. You’ll own customer outcomes end-to-end, act as the bridge between customers and engineering, and help shape the future of our platform through real-world insights.

This role is ideal for those who want to combine strategic thinking, technical understanding, and hands-on execution to drive tangible results.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and refine AI agents alongside customers - diving deep into their workflows, challenges, and goals to craft tailored solutions.
• Create fast feedback loops with engineering - translating real-world needs into product improvements and new capabilities.
• Partner closely with your engineering pod to deliver new features and enhancements that support specific customer use cases.
• Own the full lifecycle of customer AI agents - from initial deployment through ongoing optimization and success.
• Represent Notch externally - collaborating with enterprise customers, driving key deployments, and showcasing the future of AI-powered CX.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, Technical project lead).
• Are technically savvy - able to understand system integrations, workflows, and AI agent design.
• Possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Are comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, shaping solutions on the fly.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
