About GNAME
GNAME.com is a Singapore-based domain registrar dedicated to professional digital infrastructure. While we are an established leader in the Asian market, we are currently executing a focused, surgical expansion into the US market. We operate as a lean "small crew" of three.

We don’t do corporate layers or design-by-committee. We value craftsmanship, aesthetic precision, and the ability to move fast. We are looking for a Brand Designer who wants to move beyond "making things look pretty" and take ownership of a global brand’s visual evolution.

The Opportunity
This is a rare blank-canvas opportunity. We have the infrastructure; now we need the visual soul to match our US ambitions. You won't be maintaining an old style guide—you will be the one defining a new, "boutique" brand identity from the ground up.

As we seed our first 50 advocates in the US, your designs will be the first point of contact and the primary vehicle for building "trust by proxy." You will work directly with the Head of IMC to translate complex technical concepts into a sophisticated, high-end visual language that resonates with a professional North American audience.

Key Responsibilities
● Identity Evolution: Lead the charge in refining and building out a new brand identity system that bridges our Singaporean roots with a premium US market aesthetic.
● Marketing Collateral: Design high-impact assets across the full funnel—including pitch decks for partner managers, social media kits, white papers, and landing page layouts.
● Advocate Toolkits: Create the visual "storytelling" assets used by our first 50 brand advocates to ensure GNAME is represented with consistency and class.
● Environmental & Digital Assets: Own the visual presence of GNAME across all touchpoints, ensuring our "boutique" feel is felt in everything from a LinkedIn header to a physical event booth.
● System Building: Develop a scalable design system and brand guidelines that allow our small team to maintain visual excellence as we grow.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing leads to ensure that every pixel serves a strategic purpose in our GTM rollout.

Who You Are
● The Visual Architect: You don’t just "do graphics"; you build identities. you understand how typography, color, and layout work together to create a feeling of trust.
● A Strategic Creative: You understand that good design is a business tool. You design with the "why" in mind, focusing on how visuals drive conversion and brand equity.
● A High-Agency Maker: You thrive in a "small crew" environment. You’re comfortable taking a rough idea and turning it into a polished, professional asset without needing a 10-person creative department.
● The Perfectionist: You have a surgical eye for detail. You believe that "boutique" means every pixel is intentional and every alignment is precise.

Requirements
● 4+ years of experience in Brand Design or Art Direction, preferably with a portfolio that shows the launch or evolution of a B2B tech or premium brand.
● Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
● A portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of modern, "clean" North American design trends and professional aesthetics.
● Experience working in a lean startup environment where you own the process from initial mood board to final production.
● Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or basic UI/UX principles to help bring our digital presence to life.
● Excellent verbal and written communication in English as the working language; candidates who can converse in mandarin are preferred since it is easier to liaise with stakeholders.
