We are looking for talented people who can help manage and direct the performance of Fanatee’s games. In this role, you will interact and work on opportunities and provide direction to grow and improve our games’ content.
Responsabilites
- Oversee content-related projects, including improvements and new game mode content.
- Work closely with freelance editors worldwide to ensure high-quality results.
- Organize and maintain the development backlog for content projects.
- Make data-driven decisions using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Identify business and product needs that influence the game’s content strategy.
- Use AI tools to create, validate, and enrich game content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- Experience in product/project management.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on metrics and player feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
- Previous similar experience in a startup, consulting or tech company.
- Prompt engineering and knowledge of generative AI models
- Python and SQL for data analysis
- Interest in linguistics and proficiency in other languages.
- Genuinely excited about games and how they’re made!
