Product Manager

Paragon is a fast-growing cyber company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are an innovative company with a cutting-edge product, based in Tel Aviv.

The cyber intelligence domain is constantly evolving so we are looking for a motivated Product Manager who is excited to work on the most sophisticated intelligence technology used by governments and law-enforcement agencies around the world.

We are seeking an experienced product manager to join the product team and play an integral role in leading one of our flagship products.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the product vision and roadmap.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle – from initial design to execution.
• Learn client challenges and needs to ensure the product is developed to maximize the clients’ operational success. 
• Gather and analyze requirements and write clear and detailed PRDs and user stories. 
• Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams – R&D, UI/UX, BI, etc. – to guarantee a smooth and efficient implementation. 
• Act as a leader within the company.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a product manager.
• Experience collaborating within a team of product managers, driving alignment, and ensuring cohesive product strategies across the platform. 
• Proven ability to manage and own entire products, with a comprehensive understanding of all system flows and user interactions, beyond a single feature or domain. 
• Adapt well to dynamic and rapidly changing work environments. 
• A technical orientation and ability to deep dive into technological aspects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Hebrew. 
• Team player, confident, independent, and enthusiastic.
• Significant background in one or more of the following fields: intelligence, cyber - An advantage
