About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager for Product Growth to be the operational engine behind our sales and internal GTM tooling strategy. Sitting within Product Operations, you will lead a critical initiative to transition our infrastructure from rigid third-party vendors to flexible, high-performance internal solutions. You are a builder with a product or analytical background who thrives on solving internal friction. Your mission is to shorten the "Time to Close" and "Time to Go-Live" by empowering our Sales, Solution Consultants (SC), and Customer Success teams with superior tools.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the strategy and migration of core GTM infrastructure from rigid third-party vendors to proprietary internal solutions, eliminating data silos to drive deal acceleration and real-time integration.
  • Manage the development of "self-serve" capabilities, empowering teams to independently generate assets for demos, lead generation, and cross-selling without heavy engineering intervention.
  • Oversee agentic dashboarding initiatives within the portal, defining logic and layouts that surface critical data to support product-led cross-sales and growth.
  • Partner with Sales, SCs, Marketing, and CS to gather requirements for the full suite of sales tools, reducing operational friction to shorten "Time to Close" and "Time to Go-Live".
  • Establish feedback loops to monitor the stability of internal tooling environments, ensuring platforms support realistic data for lead generation and sales calls without exposing production environments.
  • Drive the implementation of dynamic, interactive experiences within sales tools, moving beyond static scripts to support non-linear engagement and automated lead generation flows.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, or a similar role focused on internal tools or growth.
  • Strong analytical background; ability to understand data structures, integrations, and success metrics.
  • Ability to manage timelines and deliver against strict milestones (e.g., SKO launches).
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, CS, Engineering) to translate business pain points into technical requirements.
  • Understanding of the sales lifecycle and the importance of "Time to Close" and demo reliability.

It'd be cool if you also have:

  • Experience building or managing sales enablement tools, demo environments, or "agentic" AI/dashboarding products.
  • Technical familiarity with data integration processes and synthetic data generation.
  • Technical awareness of API integrations and basic front-end logic.
