Senior Creative Designer

We are currently looking for an ambitious and professional Senior Creative Designer to join Invest Lithuania’s marketing team.

What will you be doing?

• Design and produce marketing materials across digital and physical formats — from leaflets and publications to campaign assets, event materials and landing pages. 
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and communication initiatives. 
• Help evolve Invest Lithuania’s visual identity and ensure strong, consistent brand application across channels. 
• Design user-facing digital experiences with solid UX and information hierarchy principles, using AI and modern creative tools as part of the everyday workflow. 

What do we expect from you?

• A university degree, preferably in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, business, economics, or another relevant field.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic, brand, or creative design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution.  

• Strong command of core design principles, including typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery, and brand application.  

• Proficiency with professional design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant creative software.  

• Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into high-quality visual solutions across digital and physical formats. 

• Good understanding of digital and UX design principles. 

• Confidence using generative AI and emerging creative tools as part of the design process. 

• Great English and Lithuanian communication skills.

• Gross salary from 2800 to 3800 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
