Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to help shape the future of mobile entertainment. This high-impact role is for a product-minded designer with strong visual craft and a startup mentality. You’ll work closely with the CTO, product, and engineering teams, influencing both product direction and user experience across a platform used by millions worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Design and own end-to-end mobile product experiences, from UX flows and prototyping to polished UI and developer handoff
- Improve key user journeys across engagement, retention, and monetization flows
- Own and evolve the Figma design system across mobile and web platforms
- Create interactive prototypes, micro-interactions, and motion assets using
- Figma and Lottie
- Lead user research and usability testing to identify core needs, validate design solutions, and drive product decisions
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality execution across all platforms
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing mobile consumer products (B2C) with a strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and visual design skills
- Expert-level Figma skills, including prototyping, auto-layout, variables, and scalable design systems
- Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, engagement mechanics, and monetization-driven experiences
- Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and ability to craft polished, premium interfaces
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions using Lottie or similar tools
- Analytical, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Excellent communication skills and high-level English
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and productivity tools
