We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who doesn't just manage- they lead, own, and win. Someone who thrives at the intersection of deep technical understanding and sharp strategic thinking, and who knows how to turn customer pain into product that matters.
What you'll own
- Take full ownership of product domains, from strategy to feature definition to delivery, driving growth and ensuring impactful results.
- Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their needs and pain points and translate to actionable tasks
- Define product features, backlogs, and roadmaps, collaborating closely with UX, design, and R&D with the power to build some of it yourself.
- Communicate effectively and create alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, support, and R&D.
Requirements
What you’ll bring
- A high-performing leader who owns their domain and gets things done
- 3–4 years of experience as a software developer or engineering team lead — experience in both is a significant advantage.
- 2–3 years of proven product management experience, particularly with enterprise B2B products.
- Strong software engineering or DevOps background.
- “Builder” mindset – come to build the product with us. Leverage AI to bypass blockers and lead with example.
- Fluent English with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
