Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a clear and compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's goals and market trends
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis, identify player preferences, and stay up-to-date with gaming industry trends. 
• Feature Definition and Prioritization: Collaborate with game designers and development teams to define, prioritise, and document product features and requirements. 
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, from concept to launch. Define project timelines, milestones, 
• Testing and Iteration: Implement a data-driven approach to testing and iterate on product features based on user feedback, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
• Monetization and Revenue Optimization, strategies that enhance player engagement while achieving revenue goals. Balance monetization with player satisfaction and fair play. 

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a gaming company.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
• Experience in the gaming industry or with social casino games.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools. 
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
