Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, discovery, and execution of products that drive business growth, transformation, and scalability across Teleport.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and deliver scalable product solutions that create measurable impact. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong execution, and the ability to influence decisions across both business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for business-critical product domains.
• Identify high-impact opportunities through a deep understanding of business processes, user needs, and company objectives.
• Lead product discovery, define problem statements, and translate insights into scalable solutions.
• Drive products that enable business growth, transformation, and organizational scalability.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Define success metrics, prioritize initiatives, and make informed trade-off decisions.
• Influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around product direction and priorities.
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve outcomes through data and user feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of delivering impactful products and business outcomes.
• Experience owning products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable success metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and independently driving initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to conduct business discussions, review documentation, and communicate effectively in both languages.

Preferred Background

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS, or other complex business environments.
• Experience building platforms, enterprise systems, or business enablement products.
• Exposure to business transformation, process digitization, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Experience mentoring Product Managers, Associate Product Managers, or Product Specialists.
