Senior Visual Designer 

This role will serve as a key member of our Brand and Creative team, working closely with the team to shape Mendix’ visual identity and brand across all markets. You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life across a wide range of mediums and geographies, and working with cross functional teams, such as campaigns and events, to ensure our brand is well-represented visually wherever our team is.  

You will work across print, web, and other media formats, and own execution of our visual system. This is an ideal role for someone looking to take their experience to the next level, and take ownership from concept to delivery.  

Responsibilities: 

• Work across print, web, and other media formats, and stay at the forefront of visual presentation in the B2B market 

• Own execution of our visual system and work collaboratively with the team on continuing to evolve our brand as needed 

• Craft high-quality work that stretches across all customer touchpoints and ensures Mendix brand is visible and unique in the market 

• Balance quality and velocity, and deliver on campaign timelines 

• Work collaboratively with Campaigns, Corporate Brand, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that creative is delivering on needs 
   

About you: 

• Strong portfolio required 

• 5+ years experience in designing for B2B companies 

• Advanced Figma skills 

• Experience in web design and are comfortable crafting online experiences 

• Open-minded on using AI tools to further creative process
